Job Summary
Duties
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Use various tools and equipment, such as micrometers, to measure and analyze product dimensions
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
- Participate in the development and execution of quality assurance plans and procedures
- Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, FDA regulations, and HACCP guidelines
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Experience conducting quality audits and inspections
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
