Hybrid, 50% in office in Geneva, IL.
Reports to VP of Finance / Corporate Controller
Oversee 1 direct report
Responsibilities:
-FP&A leadership and management - lead company wide FP&A processes, annual plannng, rolling forecasts, executive and lender reporting
-Performance reporting and decision support - establish and maintain performance metrics/KPIs
-Financial systems, tools and process optimizations - Leverage Vena EPM
Requirements:
10 yr progressive FP&A in complex environment
Exp in PE backed portfolio companies
Exp supporting both product based and service oriented business models
Hands on exp with Vena EPM
People management, including development of junior FP&A talent
